  • Develops and manages all phase of the human resources function including: employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and training to support the attraction, retention and productivity of a skilled employee population and compliance with revelant regulations and statutes.

Position Content:

  •  Develops manages and performs all phases of the employment function including: coordination of the drug testing program, recruitment, candidate screening, applicant tracking, regulatory compliance and termination coordination. Negotiates terms and utilizes outside recruitment and temporary staffing agencies
  • Handles all aspects of the employee relations function, including but not limited to employee communications, policies and procedures, employee handbooks, employee disciplinary counseling, employee records and employee orientation. Acts as the EEO officer for the company.
  • Develops manages and performs responsiblities of the compensation and benefits function. Activities include benefit carrier identification, negotiation, and problem resolution, FMLA and leave coordination, benefit orientation and sign up and communication of benefit election to payroll. Compensation responsibilites include: regulatory compliance, position description and evaluation, salary, bonus and incentive program operations managing performance appraisal process.
  • Develops manages and performs the training function including : the identification of outside training vendors, monitoring requests for outside trianing, and conducting internal trianing for supervisors and employees.
